Even though anyone who’s interested can access the information, looking for a suitable lot is a hard and time-consuming job. There are three specialized sites; access to them is absolutely free. Besides, according to the law, the bidding date and lot description must be advertised in advance. It must be done several times both in newspapers (at the judge’s choice) and in special websites. This guarantees 100% transparency and maximum participation.
If you place a request, we can give you a detailed list of objects for sale by auction in Italy (subdivided by region, price and category). If you want, the Company can buy and register the property in your name without your personal participation (with a notarized letter of attorney). In Italy this is quite common. Italians themselves use this service quite often as they don’t want to make their names public at the auction itself.
There is an enforcement agent working in our company that deals solely with auctions. Our specialist was appointed by a judge and has been doing this for many years, therefore thoroughly knows the system, so to say, from the inside.
